Lead Producer
- Oversee all art, design, and tech of the game, from conception to implementation
- Establish and groom product backlog to guide SCRUM sprint goals
- Assist to track and ensure delivery of assets via SCRUM and Kanban
- Assemble task strike teams to help core team remain agile during development
- Organize and lead team meetings
- Oversee asset handoff to other departments
- Work with art director to establish and edit art bible
- Recruit and integrate junior developers for outsourced work
- Critique team work to align with standards set by art bible and game design document
- Develop and deliver art and design assets where needed (i.e. concept art, set dressing, trailer editing)
